Am disappointed in Nana Addo'sAddo's government- Afua pokuah A renowned journalist and also a news editor for Adom FM Afia pokuah has lashed the President Nana Addo Danquah  on his one hundred and ten ministerial appointment, she said its unjustifiable to appoint 110 ministers, this is the first time Ghanaians had got such a high rage of ministers and the expectation is also high, Ghanaians voted for Nana Addo to fix the broken economy but it seems he is creating job for the boys, how can you satisfy all the party faithfuls in the first year , Nana Addo rushed in the ministerial appointment he made. MAHAMA'S DRAFT BILL ON CODE OF CONDUCT OF PUBLIC OFFICERS MUST BE PASSED- LAWYER ACE ANKOMAH. A member of the OCCUPYGHANA group Lawyer Ace Ankomah has called on the Akufo-Addo government to immediately pass President Mahama's draft bill on code of conduct for public officers. Lawyer Ankomah was commenting on breach of procurement laws and corruption in the current administration. Speaking on Joy FM's Newfile talk show, the lawyer Ankomah said, "Npp is putting up a brick wall against the fight against corruption". Prisoner fails to recite the lords prayer to be freed A judge in Kumasi on Thursday December 21, gave a prisoner a rare opportunity to recite the Lord’s Prayer and have his four years sentence struck out but, the convict failed. The judge who was furious over the prisoner’s failure to utilize the golden opportunity called him “stupid” in open court. Nonetheless, the High court chaired by Justice Wilson, reduced Owusu Ansah’s jail term from 4 years to 3 months. The convict was jailed two years ago for stealing, and has been appealing the case. POLICE ARREST A 40 YEAR-OLD SAKAWA MAN

Police arrest sakawa man A young man, believed to be in his 30s, has been arrested after a hot chase by the police after he attempted to withdraw money at the Faanofa branch of the Societe General Bank. The man, name unknown, had gone to the bank Thursday morning to withdraw money when he suddenly rushed out of the bank and took to his heels. After frantic shouts for support from one of the security officers on duty, some onlookers rushed to his aid to apprehend the suspect. Bank officials are tight-lipped on the issue but myjoyonline.com gathers he had been on the wanted list of the bank before his arrest. The neatly dressed man, who wore a blue-black suit and trousers with a tie to match, had walked into the bank to withdraw money from an account that the bank had been red-flagged.
