GOVERNMENT SHOULD HELP DEVELOP SMALL TOWNS- CHIEF LAMENTS


 The Chief of Assin Wurakese in the Assin North Municipality in the Central Region Nana Ameyaw Danquah ll has stated emphatically that government should help the small towns to develop than developing the cities, because this small towns are mostly cocoa producing community and if government doesn't treat them well we will end up that all the energetic youth who will work in the small towns to increase farming productivity have turned to street boys and girls.

" let me use my town as am example, we are cocoa producing community but our roads are deplored so farmers cannot sell their farm goods, a community over Five thousands people we don't have any public toilet and the one that the previous government constructed we can't use it because there is no water at the site, so government should come down to develop small towns than developing the cities" He bemoaned

He then urged the MCE Hon. Nicholas Kofi Baako and Hon. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong to help their community, because our roads are deployed, our health center lacks the basic facilities, our toilet issues is also problem not to mention them all but just a few.
